Abstract

Medical education aims to train doctors with a wide range of skills that will ultimately enable them to provide medical care to patients and help assess the main characteristics of professional competence. Emotional and communicative competence are the most important skills of medical professionals in their work with patients. These competencies help clinicians build rapport with patients, communicate effectively, and provide appropriate emotional support.
